1. Open any browser and go to TimelineCover You must install Adobe flash player before start merging facebook profile picture and cover photo. Download adobe flash2. Scroll down and you will see like sreenshot 2.1.

3. Now, you have to upload the photo, by clicking on Upload Photo and Upload Background. Upload photo only if you have background removed picture. If you dont have such photo use just a background photo. You can add different cliparts to make your cover and profile picture more interesting.
4. After upload adjust your image and click on Next Step
5. Now you will see two download buttons as shown in screenshot, Click on both.
6. Now you downloaded merged facebook profile picture and cover photo, you just have to upload it on facebook.
7. Done! You just merged your profile picture and cover photo.
