If you are downloading file of 4 GB and stopped at 3.8GB. What will you do? Simply Resume it, right? Now you are unable to resume because file is corrupted, what will you do? Don't worry mate this is what I am discussing about.

Commonly we use download manager in pc for better downloading experience but we use browser's default download manager in our mobile. With most of download manager we can resume corrupted download easily but with the browser it is little hard.

So today I am going to show you how to resume download failed file or broken download in UC Browser and Opera Mini.

How to Resume Download in UC Browser.

In UC Browser download failed is common problem when you try to resume it shows Retrying and again Download failed, Here is how you can fix Download Failed problem on UC browser and download smoothly.

1. Go to File Manager -> UCDownloads

2. Find your Download Failed file, for eg. if you are downloading 'The Social Network.MP4' then find 'The Social Network.MP4' and 'The Social Network.MP4.dltmp'

3. Move those files to another folder and exit File Manager.

4. Now open UC Browser and remove 'The Social Network.MP4' from Downloading Files.

5. Now download again same file from same Source(Link).

6. After downloading 2-3% Pause downloading.

7. Open file manager go to UC Download and delete 'The Social Network.MP4' and 'The Social Network.MP4.tmp' from that folder.

8. Now Copy file which you moved on step 2 and paste it on UCDownloads.

9. Open Uc browser and resume download.

congratulations you did it, now your file will start downloading.

How to Resume any broken download in Opera Mini?

Download Failed in Opera Mini

Opera mini, one of the worse download manager but its useful when you are browsing at low speed(2G). Download failed/Broken Download is most common problem for opera mini user, so lets fix it.

All the process is same as uc browser browser. In step 1 You should go to Download folder instead of UCdownloads and In step 2 you have to find 2 files in UC Browser , 'The Social Network.MP4' and 'The Social Network.MP4.tmp' but for opera mini you should find just 'The Social Network.MP4'. All rest process is same. So follow the same process and let me know if you faced any problems.

Oh wait, What about Google Chrome? How Can we download corrupted file with chrome? You can use same method mentioned above for UC Browser for Chrome. Just download folder is different.

You can use download manager to overcome download failed problem.
