Charge Your Mobile With Laptop Even After Shutdown

You know we can charge your smartphone from your laptop using USB port. But your Laptop should not be Shutdown, or in sleep mode right?? If your answer is yes then  you are wrong. We can charge mobile from laptop even after shutdown. In this post you are going to learn to charge your smartphone from turned off laptop. This trick is really useful when you want to charge your mobile from laptop while travelling.
Sometime we need to charge our phone from laptop. Usually we use laptop less than mobile phone so mobile's charge decrease fast. Sometime laptop's charge is low and we need to charge mobile from it. Running laptop will consume battery so its better to charge your phone from power off laptop to get maximum charge on your mobile. Or if you do not want to Power On your laptop just to charge your mobile then this post is for you man. Simply, after reading this post you will not waste your laptop battery by Turning it On just to charge mobile.

Follow these steps to allow your laptop to charge your mobile even after shutdown: 

1. Go to My Computer or This PC
2. Right click on Blank Space and Select Properties
3. Now click on Device Manager.
4. Select Universal Serial bus controllers
5. Right Click on Generic Root Hub and select Properties
6. Click on Power Management and Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. Finally Hit  Ok button
7. Congratulation mate!  You’ve done. check fig 01.

All steps: My Computer -> Properties -> Device Manager -> Universal Bus Controllers -> Generic Root Hub -> Properties -> Power Management -> Uncheck on Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power -> Ok
You might thought, this will consume more power of laptop or something like that but It will not consume more power. Almost all consumed power while charging phone will be used to charge your phone. Try once if you don't believe me :-D
